Day 1

Discuss Saadi's poem:

Human beings are members of a whole, In creation of one essence and soul.
If one member is afflicted with pain,
Other members uneasy will remain.
If you've no sympathy for human pain,
The name of human you cannot retain!

Do you think that we are all part of a whole? 

What does human unity mean to you? 

Do you wish that you could pick and choose who you would be united with? 

What can be achieved with unity? 

Could we achieve the same if we were working alone? 

Is there anything that we can do without building on what others before us have done? 

What makes it difficult for us to work together/obstacles towards unity?

How can we achieve unity?
